Not a very good picture. This is me, Scott Berry, three years ago, 40-50 lbs heavier. Since then, I have lost a lot of weight by studying nutrition.

Today, at age 52, I am leaner and stronger than I have been in decades. I truly understand the chemistry of my diet and I use the SynerGym for five minutes almost every day.
